Just checked out. This hotel room was nice, the location was freeway close,with shopping and restaurants just a few blocks away. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a great view of the ocean and nearby naval shipyards. I'd recommend if you stay here, wear either sandals, slippers or socks when inside the room. 5 minutes after showering and walking around the room, my feet were black. I'm sure mopping everyday is quite the chore as well as time consuming. We were allowed to check in early so that was helpful after a 3 hour drive.
Reggie has very great customer service. All staff are humble respectful. Rooms are super clean its not like any other grimy motels
I was provided courteous, attentive service for my expressed need to rent a single room. I was notified of all my discounts as a AAA Club member. Accomodations were very clean and inviting. Highly recommend for travelers seeking safe, clean accommodations. This Ramada Hotel is within two bus stops away from the National City Public Library.
Reggie at front desk is THE BEST! This was our first trip to San Diego with the family he made us feel welcomed, waived our deposit and parking fee! Highly Recommend !

She went out of her way to make sure my friends and I had a smooth and easy check-in process, which really set the tone for our stay.
